Prep
Shave the area 24 hours before your session. Avoid waxing, plucking or threading for 4 weeks, and skip tanning and self-tanner for 2 weeks.
Your appointment
Your specialist adjusts the Alma Soprano laser to your skin and hair type, then treats the area with quick, comfortable passes.
Aftercare
Avoid sun, hot showers, saunas and intense workouts for 24–48 hours, and wear SPF daily. Treated hairs shed on their own over the next weeks.

Hair grows in cycles, and the laser works best on hair in its active growth phase. Spacing 6 sessions apart treats each hair at the right time for lasting results.
Shave, don't wax
The laser targets the hair root, so it needs to be there. Shave between sessions and avoid waxing, plucking or threading.

Avoid tanning before and after treatment and wear sunscreen daily on treated areas.

Laser hair removal doesn't remove existing ingrown hairs, but it effectively prevents new ones. Unlike shaving or waxing, it doesn't trigger ingrown hairs.
When is laser hair removal most effective?
When your hair begins to regrow after shaving. We need a slight regrowth before each session — avoid waxing or plucking between visits.
